About
In My Own WordsI am a GRAMMY® Award-winning producer and music industry executive with over 20 years of experience spanning concert promotion, artist management, record label operations, and creative music marketing. As the Founder and CEO of Hitskope Music Group, an independent music company headquartered in Beverly Hills, I oversee three dynamic divisions: music distribution, a publishing company, and a label services marketing agency. With my team, we support the careers of several GRAMMY® Award winners, Billboard chart-toppers, and multi-platinum musicians.
I've had the privilege of leading marketing campaigns for some of the biggest names in music, including Harry Styles, BTS, Silk Sonic, Lenny Kravitz, The Chainsmokers, and Metallica, among others. My passion lies in discovering and developing talent, crafting innovative release strategies, producing unforgettable live events and building impactful partnerships across the industry. I've also negotiated joint ventures and deals with some of the most prestigious music companies, such as Sony Music, Warner Music, Universal Music Group, Spotify, Big Noise Music, The Orchard, and Netflix.
Before Hitskope, I co-founded D-Squared Entertainment Group in 2005, which grew into a major concert production and talent agency before being acquired by a Live Nation affiliate in 2014. Over the years, I've produced more than 700 live shows and worked as a middle agent for venues across the U.S., booking A-list artists like Snoop Dogg, Ed Sheeran, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, LMFAO, Steve Aoki, and T-Pain.
I'm proud to be an active voting member of The Recording Academy, where I serve as a GRAMMY U Mentor and a district advocate for musicians' rights. I'm also a member of The Music Business Association, A2IM (the American Association of Independent Music), and The Music Managers Forum. Education has always been a cornerstone of my career with a Master of Arts in Music Business from Berklee College of Music, a Professional Certification in Digital Marketing from Cornell University, and I've studied Contract Law at Harvard University's Extension School.
My work has been featured in VICE Magazine, Billboard, The New York Times, BuzzFeed, and Forbes. In 2022, I was recognized by Meta as being in the Top 1% of Facebook Ads experts and invited to join the Meta Leaders Network, where I regularly present at Facebook and Instagram conferences.

I'm always looking to innovate, push boundaries, and shape the future of music.
